Upon arrival, our reception staff will guide you through admission, including generating a Unique Hospital Identification Number (UHID) for medical records. They'll assist with room selection and estimates. An advance payment is required, adjusted against the final bill at discharge. Nurses strictly follow admission protocols for your comfort. Once admitted, our staff will escort you to your room. We adhere to admission and discharge protocols for various scenarios.
Your nurse will help you with the discharge process, which may take a few hours to complete. After your final bill is prepared, you will need to settle your dues with cash or a credit/debit card. The nurse will give you your discharge summary and return any belongings used during your stay (such as a thermometer, urinal, bedpan, etc.). She will also explain any medications you need to continue after discharge and provide any follow-up instructions. If you require a medical ambulance to take you home, please inform your nurse, and she will arrange it for you.
We value your loved ones' role in your recovery. To ensure patient comfort, please limit visitors during visiting hours. Visitor access may be restricted based on patient condition. Passes for attendants and visitors will be provided at admission. Children under 12 are not permitted on patient floors. Sanitize hands before and after visiting. Mobile phone use is limited in certain areas. Follow posted signs and speak softly to avoid disturbance.

Be addressed by your correct name and informed about the names of the healthcare professionals involved in your care. Have your privacy, dignity, and confidentiality protected during discussions, examinations, and treatments. Receive a clear and understandable explanation of your diagnosis, treatment options, potential benefits and risks, expected outcomes, and changes in medical condition from your doctor. Be safeguarded against physical abuse and neglect. Obtain information from the hospital regarding the anticipated treatment costs and payment policies. Request a copy of your medical records following established procedures.
2. As a patient or attendant, you are accountable for: Arriving promptly for appointments and notifying the doctor/hospital if unable to do so. Providing accurate personal information, including contact details, medical history, and insurance details. Actively participating in your treatment and updating healthcare providers on your progress. Safeguarding your valuables by leaving unnecessary items at home. Respecting hospital staff, patients, and visitors, following rules and safety guidelines, and adhering to the 'No Smoking' policy. Understanding all instructions before signing consent forms.
