Cancellation Policy for Online Appointments and Procedures Neo TrueNorth Hospitals Effective Date
- General Policy: At Neo TrueNorth Hospitals, we strive to provide the highest standard of care to our patients. To efficiently manage our scheduling and accommodate all patients, we have established the following cancellation policy for online appointments and procedures. Payment gateway will be added for all transactions as per the actual costs charged by the payment gateway providers. Payment gateway charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Scheduling an Appointment: Appointments must be scheduled at least 1 hour prior to the desired appointment time.
- Cancellation of Appointments: Patients may cancel their appointments online through our hospital’s website or mobile application. Cancellations must be made at least 03 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made at least 03 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a refund, minus the payment gateway charges of the appointment cost. Appointments cancelled within 03 hours of the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable.
- No-Shows: Late cancellations (not adhering to the 03-hour notice) and no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the scheduled service. Recurrent late cancellations or no-shows may result in limitations on booking future appointments or procedures.
- Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for medical emergencies, which must be substantiated with appropriate documentation.
- Changes to Policy: Neo TrueNorth Hospitals reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time. Patients are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
