Great hospital and well managed. Appointments are scheduled perfectly and always on time !! The management, receptionists are very kind and welcoming. We visited 4-5 times for regular checkups and find it same way. Dr. Impashree is an excellent doctor and explains all the details calmly and with patience. Her diagnostics are accurate and help us.
The hospital management especially Kalpana ma'am and Vinuta ma'am was too supportive and the doctors are very handy . The working staff have taken care of all the cleaning part. Dr Chandan( urologist) is expert in his field and helped me in a smooth operation.

Absolutely 5 star for the service we go. Brought a friend for a headache but with ct scan it came out to be a blood clot in the brain. Docs suggested to put him in the ICU for immediate medical treatment .in 3 days in Neo it was a wonderful experience not just the doctors but the sisters and all the ground staff were there to help us. They also gave us attenders a room for staying at night. Due to financial constraints we were also worried but Neo also gave us discounts which really helped us. On the 3rd night the doc suggested to shift to a different hospital which we did .but at night 3 4 I called Neo regarding the charges of the different hospital to be too high so they were on call with the manager and they suggested us and helped us with all the necessary things which they could. After staying 3 days in different hospital we again came back to Neo and today my friend got discharged. No words just thankful for Neo for the timely treatment as well as the helping hand they provided at each and every step . Recommended to all.

Liked the cleanliness, less crowd and above all, human touch in staff, be it nurse or receptionist.. Doctors are good too, and they even call to check the improvement, I have not seen this often..On the negative side, General physician fee seems to bit high, but they do take good care of you, so it is fine with me..For testing, they send test sample to care diagnostics, which is one of the best diagnostic center in Ecity, so it is good...Overall a wonderful experience..
