Do we use phones built 25 years ago? Do we use cars built 25 years ago? Then why do we go to hospitals built 25 years ago? Medical devices or diagnostics have evolved but not the hospitals that they are placed in. The best doctors deserve the best hospitals.

Today’s Hospitals are like a black box with a complex ecosystem and a lot of fundamental issues. Technology alone cannot solve the black box problem. Hence the Deep Tech Approach where along with technology we will also combine other innovations such as Architectural innovations, Engineering Innovations,Process Reengineering and Functional Excellence. Examples of the Deep Tech Approach Success Stories are the Covid 19 Vaccine, Electric Cars, etc.

At Neo TrueNorth with the Deep Tech approach we will combine advanced hospital design with Augmented Reality, AI, connected IoT sensors, robotics, digital twins, all interconnected by digital platforms to fundamentally re-engineer how care is delivered across the hospital.

Recently I have admitted in Neo hospital for Fever treatment. During the stay,they have given good care by the doctors and nurses. Liked the cleanliness, less crowd and above all, human touch in staff, be it nurse or receptionist.. Doctors are good too, and they even call to check the improvement, I have not seen this often..On the negative side, General physician fee seems to bit high, but they do take good care of you, so it is fine with me..For testing, they send test sample to care diagnostics, which is one of the best diagnostic center in Ecity, so it is good...Overall a wonderful experience..

Visited hospital for my mother's Spinal laminectomy and spinal decompression surgery.Very much satisfied with the hospitality and care provided by Doctors, Nurses and hospital staff and caretakers.Special thanks to Sis.Vinitha who referred and guided us to Neo hospital.Thankful for her care and clarifying all our doubts and strengthening my mother and preparing her for the operation.we stayed in hospital for a week.My entire family is thankful for the successful operation and we surely will recommend the hospital to others.
